Hello Alicians! I need some help.

So, I am Melisande, I used to play AO but one day I uninstalled it, and? Now it is not allowing me online the game and saying:"Update server connection failed. Please check your internet connection or try again later" Aha, you would think: "But Melisande!!! It's your internet!!!" NO, it is not my internet at all. I can run all other games I have on my computer EXCEPT Alicia. It bugs me because I love Alicia and horses... So if anyone could help me thank you. I'd love to get back and join you guys but ever since this happened, I can't, this thing has been going on for 5 months and I want it over so I can play again. I cannot contact the admins of Alicia as I do not have/use Facebook.
